A story from mattress production – how we helped solve the problem
One of our customers ordered zip fasteners marked for mattresses from us. The problem was that every time we delivered the order, he reported dimensional discrepancies. We couldn’t find a common point of reference – sometimes we were given one dimension, other times another. Finally, we decided to go to the client’s factory in person and check where these discrepancies came from.

On site, we discovered that the measurements were given by different people from the production – each had their own way of measuring, which led to inaccuracies. Together with the client’s team, we carried out precise measurements, took into account all variables and established a uniform methodology. The result? The problem was eliminated, and cooperation became even closer.
